Immediately after Putin signs the document that will finalize the addition of new regions into Russia, Russia is going to tremendously escalate the conflict — Ukraine will begin losing thousands of soldiers daily and infrastructure losses will also be very significant daily.

This will be a key moment for the US. If the US to maintain its hegemony, it will have to escalate its support of Ukraine as well. However, this will certainly make the US a party to the conflict and Russia will go after the US then for sure because Russia has already told the US that it is at its limit of support of Ukraine without Russia deeming the US as a party to the conflict.

What will the US do? Well, it is either a war or pack and go home.
