Ok so let's break some things down slowly - looking at 911.

This was the main news event running in the US prior to 911 and press were camped out on CONDUIT's front lawn refusing to leave. Conduit oversaw all the intelligence and military agencies as part of a committee.

Where is the Chandra levy - where is the payment re the MASSACHUSETTES girl - we expected a payment - where is it - your select committee need to cough up - they were the conduit - the vessel which transferred her - meaning the princess/es/ baby.


So if someone is asking for a payment re the princesses/ child it may be inferred they had been receiving it at regular intervals - since 1939 or since they came to have evidence sufficient to expect a payment.


If by then this had grown such that people were being transported via Kolkotta - then it was asking - where is the payment - shipment - that kind of thing.
