Report Copyright Violation | Bush/Cheney considered tactical nukes in Iraq war Maybe you do not remember or were not born yet but Bush considered creating small bunker buster nukes to get at Saddam. They even did some simulations and research. Just knowing how evil Cheney is I am sure it came from him and Rumsfeld. They are just as evil and disgusting as Putin. [ link to www.cbsnews.com (secure)] The Bush administration is abandoning its push to develop a "bunker-buster" nuclear warhead and instead will pursue a conventional weapon that can penetrate hardened underground targets.
