People have the false impression that angels are cute, cuddly, snuggle-muffins. While they can be that - and they actually do to entertain themselves - they are actually extremely powerful and bound to the will of God. They declare with perfect voices the will of God. Although a lot of angels actually have really high pitched, cutesy voices. Like a chipmunk. I don't know why they were made that way.
