Isn't/wasn't Morgellons a synthetic parasite?

Morgellons was caused by environmental exposure, now they are shooting the updated version right into peoples arms. Is there a cure, like the frequencies talked about in the video? i do think this is the only possible answer, someone somewhere must get hold of these bio engineered little nano fucks and hit them with different solfeggio frequencies and see what one fucks them up, anything biological will not harm them, the best parasite cleanses will not work as they are not biological, we need to destroy them with sound.
