It's just another name for Nano Robotics, AKA nanobots.
They are real and they want to introduce them into people, so that biological systems can communicate with artificial intelligence in real time, like your cell phone does now.
The goal is to embed this technology within the human body.
I suspect that is why they insist everyone, everywhere get the clot shot.
I suspect that these "Vaccines" are in fact nano bot injections.
