Alaska snow crab season canceled for first time ever

If true, many , many species of sea animals also are effected and cant be hidden but if its just snow crab, its a man made fraud

Possible theory, but aren't the Chinese and Russians doing a lot of military rondayvoo-ing around those Alaskan areas? Could be underwater weapons testing causing the population to disappear.
