But it kinda depends in what town/city you are (amsterdam is a bit more lenient then for example staphorst). As for weed you can generally smoke it in most places on the street (officially you can get a ticket from the cops but generally isn't a problem unless you are causing problems). You buy it in smokey pubs where you need to be 18 to enter (where you aren't allowed to drink alcohol anymore), not in supermarkets. |
