You need Federal permits and not be tied up for years on each parcel of land counting the sand fleas and grass burrs and writing reports !!! After retiring from a 30 year job, I worked over 6 years on a project that produced millions of cubic feet (MCF) of natural gas. The USA has a STRATEGIC ADVANTAGE in that we have OIL, Natural Gas, COAL (that we spent millions proving we can CLEAN BURN IT FOR FUEL TO HEAT OUR HOMES, and POWER MANUFACTURING allowing OUR PEOPLE TO HAVE GOOD Paying JOBS !!! We produce “fossil” fuels CLEANER than anyone in the world !!! Our modern society has to have the FUEL AND THE PLASTICS AND all the other CHEMICALS THAT COME FROM PETROLEUM !
