The second act was OK it developed into a nice political detective drama thriller and you could almost forgive the strange casting choices; Garner, Foxx but then in the third act it turned into a high octane action chase shootout movie which was totally out of place and when it ended I couldn't help but think it was overall a wasted opportunity. I liked Syriana better, that wasn't amazing but it was more focused and had better actors.
