If you think that the underground criminals who use these out of necessity/habit are going to stop, you are wrong. How many are committing tax evasion or making money/utilizing the black market? I would say that that would be those who are locked in. Drugs aren't going to crash because crypto does which is the "gold standard" of this type of currency. May as well have penny's that equate to mg's of cocaine.
