Hey Mr Cheese! Just wanted to drop by and say hi. Hope you're doing well.  thanks for asking. yeah i'm doing well. i guess. i tore my rotator cuff last month and i feel like half of a cripple now. i didn't even do anything. i just went to sleep and woke up and my arm was ruined. for the first time in my life, i don't feel invincible anymore. Damn, I'm sorry to hear that. That's frustrating as hell to have that happen in sleep. Don't even get to tell people a cool story about fighting a lion barehanded or something. I don't know if rotators heal on their own or if they for sure need surgery. Hopefully you just get out of pain soon.
