I used to believe in that "crash".
Then about 40-50 large building projects began and finished with no Doom.
Gee, the banks seem to be smart enough to keep building large apartment complexes. They must have smarter people than GLP.
Whatever crash is coming? I guess they figure that people will still pay the rent.. why would huge banks invest in housing if we are all going to perish?

I see where 5 new parks are going in between me in the country and the nearby town on the coast. On the coast. I suppose they plan to leave during the heat of the summer and threat of hurricanes. In the town down coast it's the same. Went inland to visit a relly, and going back to 95 I see where there a vast RV parks newly gone up there, too. Yeah, there's also a mega apartment complex in the works, as well. But, the growth of expensive apartments has slowed in favor of tiny home living for seniors and young people who can't get into the home market.
