The REASON for the whole covid exercise was to test and monitor compliance to govermental edict/control. Where are the holes? Who complies/who didn't. A very comprehensive database was established. When implemented, there will be a VERY HIGH rate of compliance...by choice or by force. All the things that were discussed with early covid, will now go live. Door to door "visits", etc tell that to all the thousands that have died from the vaxx..idiot
