Hey everybody, don't be too quick to declare a fail.

I think it's already started.

Online access to my bank won't accept my user name and password, said there's no account with that information.

So, I go to the branch office of the same bank, to use the kiosk, and a red banner is on the screen, and across the screen it states that cash deposits are no longer being accepted. And the plastic cards aren't being read to access even balances of accounts on the kiosk.

Banks can do what they want. Congress let the Fed control the money. The banks can either open or stay closed, it's up to them.
