Putting a “lid” on the President’s day

Just read an article on another news web site talking about how the president’s handlers have “put a lid” on his day as of 11-ish am. Despite his constant blunders and “misstatements,” you would think if he was really as mentally capable as they keep arguing, he’d be out visibly campaigning for all of these dem candidates until the last minute on fucking election day. I don’t remember this ever being a “thing” with previous presidents, but seems to be a regular deal with FJB. Was this happening before? Or is this just yet more proof that he is completely unfit to continue serving & they’re just trying to ***poorly*** hide it as much as and as long as possible (kind of a rhetorical question, I know)?
