'Begin to pull out troops': Russia withdraws from Ukraine's Kherson city

Kyiv: Russia has ordered to withdraw troops from key Ukrainian city Kherson, the only regional centre they had captured since the invasion began. The decision marks one of Russia's most significant retreats as the war nears the end of its ninth month.
Russian defence minister Sergei Shoigu has ordered his troops to withdraw from the west bank of the Dnipro River in the face of Ukrainian attacks near the southern city of Kherson, AFP news agency reported.
