Why has Arizona counting come to a stop? Has been around 70% for close to 12 hours

I was in San Diego voting yesterday and someone shouted, "who's voting Republican and almost everyone (400+) shouted "I am!"

It would take them a full week to count Florida votes….

Someone should really detail your by hour how long these states take. It would open the eyes of a lot..

Just like in 2020. When Kari Lake was close to overcoming a 100,000+ voter deficit the vote counting came to a stop. Has anyone heard a rational explanation for this? Why aren't people asking why?
