He’s been in the house before and knows the layout -he’s in Xana’s tik tok

Kicked out of a fraternity for anger issues
Kicked out of a bar for creeping girls out
Drove 5 hours after the food truck to parents cabin
Didn’t order food at the food truck and left right after the girls

Abd he just left the country, probably so he wouldn't have to provide his DNA.

Do those of you who do NOT think that it was a pro/cartel (Suenos) hitman really believe that those you suspect would have the ability to kill 3 woman and a tall, strong man?

Also to leave the very bloody crime scene (blood hound trail ends in the woods just a few feet from the house) without anyone else noticing? That fact alone makes me believe it was all pre-planned.

Those details actually make me lean towards the ex-boyfriend that practically lived across the street. The one who got the dog after the murders.

They have the ability but they didn't kill these students. Cartels kills usually members/rivals from other cartels, other victims (non-cartel) are collateral/accidental.

Here it was "inside job". The victims knew the perp/perps.

A week before the murders, Xana's father came to replace several bedroom locks. An ex-tenant from 2019 said she had code lock at the door and all bedrooms had it.
If they had code locks, it is someone who knew the codes.

Does anyone know if any of the victims families were originally from the Colbert area - the town Colbert further north.

I have seen references to current addresses but not historic ones; Ethan from Conway Washington - one from Coeur D'Alene - Maddie think; Rathdrum - Kaylee and Xana - Post Falls -


Any way to know if any were from Colbert - or if other parent is/was from Colbert - re anyone who had a new parent for example.

Coeur D'Alene, Post Falls and Rathdrum - are all within about 10kms of each other - and from Post Falls to Colbert is about 26 miles walking - so it's not too far to wonder if one of the families is from there originally or at some point.

I just watched the above video - found it interesting that he says that Kaylee texted Jack - as well as the ten phone calls made between Maddie and Kaylee to Jack; he says the text said something like - can't believe you are ignoring me when we have a dog together.


I had been imagining ten phone calls to a friend because there was a disturbance they could hear - if Xana fought - she may have yelled or screamed - I know they are saying Ethan and Xana died in bed - but other reports say he was on the living room floor - I don't know - but I Imagined that was why Kaylee messaged Jack - but the text message doesn't fit someone distressed - more like you get home from a night out and text the ex you are still friends with.




Someone somewhere will know what time he saw the text/s - someone somewhere may know if he went over - maybe at 6am - which may be why the police aren't looking for cctv after that time -



The guy in the video accusing Jack - I can see where he is going - but don't forget - he would have had to have gotten rid of bloody shoes, socks, clothes, idk - maybe he wasn't asleep but online - and that checked out idk; there are many people in very close proximity to the premises and you could come up with a motive for any of them if you wanted to.

Ethans triplet brother was part of sigma chi, so the question is...why didn't he know where his brother was that night? Ethans triplet sisters car was in the drive and police towed it off as evidence, why? Their mother came out at the memorial and say "Be nice, be kind to one another", why?

Nextdoor neighbor is a law student who complained about the constant partying and noise. Not an experienced hunter. Like Jack the ex-bf not a physically intimidating man who could believably slit the throats of 4 people including Ethan, a tall, very strong athlete.

The reason I ask is because - Buddy the dog - the dog who was murdered two weeks prior - he was the Colbert family's dog - as in - the owner's/ parents of Buddy were the Colberts.
