What did all of you tards with smart devices think was going to happen?

I can't even access my bank account now, because I don't use phones or smart phones as a form of communication.

It's not that I am not with the times. It's that I am against the world. I have always had access online without issue, until now. Participation using modern tech is being required in this day and age. Opting out is getting increasingly more difficult. Soon you will be forced into everything digital for participation in society. You won't be able to opt out. Let that sink in.

I have been with my financial institution for a long time. Now, they want me receive a one time verification using sms or call to let me into my account. The only phone I use is a msg phone and it's inconvenient to access, so essentially I need to drive my ass down there just for access. It's no longer a convenience that I can do online using the methods I have always opted to use. It seems they eradicated it overnight.

Everywhere now I am being forced into having a digital device like a smart phone in order to participate in society. I don't like that, because it eliminates freedom. If I can't participate in society without those, then my freedom to choose to do so is in jeopardy, and if in jeopardy, then it is something that I stand to lose. So if I do in fact lose that freedom, then I am in fact, not free. It isn't just me, though, it's something that we all lose. So therefore, our freedom is not something we have the right to retain under that premise.

So this is why I am resistant to adopting modern standards of communication to conduct my business.

I would rather meet in person, or through written means. My freedom to do this should not be denied, yet it is, increasingly so.

I am sure I am not the only one noticing. I guess all I can say at this point is get ready for the shit show that we see coming. Prepare accordingly. Maybe we will meet on the other side.
