The problem isn't with BTC or ETC which are regulated by the CFTC. The problem here has been these Ponzi paper coins, many which are created by exchanges used by traders on certain exchanges to reduce trading fees, extras, etc... That's the scam that needs to end and it will. The market will shake them out, especially now.
