1) the speaker doesn't automatically become VP

And

2) if they wait to get Biden past the two year mark Kamala gets to be President for 10years. And before you say that won't happen cause she isn't electable elections obviously no longer matter.

Wrong. If the president were to resign at any time, then the vice-president assumes office and then nominates a new VP that Congress must approve.
