Interestingly, one does not have to be even charged with a crime to get a pardon. Pardons have been used for presumptive cases, such as when President Gerald Ford pardoned Richard Nixon, who had not been charged with anything, over any possible crimes connected with the Watergate scandal. Any thoughts from the forum legal eagles?  |

There are war crimes going on that are not investigated, let alone prosecuted for what they are. If Jimmy Saville (with the British Royals mostly) was popular until the day he died, they will be no prosecutions when NATO is running the War Crimes Courts. Even they are not good enough to be Judge and Defendant. |
