We are all human. We all have faults. We all fall short. We also have the spark of God in us.
God understands our weaknesses. And he knows how to use us even in sin. That doesn’t mean sin on purpose, it just means even in our sin God can use us for his purpose. For his kingdom. Sometimes what you see as failure or fault, God sees an opportunity for you to grow even stronger in him. To be renewed. Maybe at first his correction doesn’t seem like love but he wants you to know he is the Almighty and nothing can come against him. The world can come against us. But we have God with us. His spark lives in us. He will raise us up every time. He makes us stand firm during the day and night when the arrows and pestilence make their move. When those who dwell in the shadows send their curses. But don’t fear. You are in Christ. Trust him. Rely on him. Rejoice. This is not a fairy tale or fiction. Jesus is life, and life abundant. He is the way truth and life. This is as real as it gets.

——————-

God knows, I have my faults. Many faults.

I want things that are not in line with Gods values. Like gambling. God made it clear to me. Don’t dwell in a den of thieves. But yet I still gamble sometimes. Small amounts. 30 dollars at poker table or maybe 15 for a slot machine. I justify it by saying it’s only a little money and I’m allowed to have fun and God understands. No. He made it clear to me. So Why am I being so rebellious. Because it’s the sin that dwells in my flesh. But I have a Spirit. And that always serves the Lord. Where my flesh fails me, spirit will never fail. Once again that doesn’t mean consciously sin. It isn’t an excuse to sin. But our flesh is wretched. Apostle Paul said who can save us but Jesus Christ. Once again , that doesn’t mean sin on purpose, or make an excuse for sinning. It means we should embrace that we are human . And acknowledging and understanding that our flesh wars against the mind at all times.

I’m trying to remove the gambling completely. And I have for the most part. But I still get the urges.

Here’s some scripture about flesh and mind:

Romans 7:23-25

Amplified Bible

“But I see a different law and rule of action in the members of my body [in its appetites and desires], waging war against the law of my mind and subduing me and making me a prisoner of the law of sin which is within my members. Wretched and miserable man that I am! Who will [rescue me and] set me free from this body of death [this corrupt, mortal existence]? Thanks be to God [for my deliverance] through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, on the one hand I myself with my mind serve the law of God, but on the other, with my flesh [my human nature, my worldliness, my sinful capacity—I serve] the law of sin.”

I suggest reading this above passage every day or every few days and then a few weeks later and see how it transforms your understanding of life. And the difference between Flesh and Mind. The world and God.

Also:

I have had a few girlfriends in my life. I miss them. I miss having a relationship like that. But now I’m content just increasing my relationship with God. I’m trying to put aside the old me and become a new creation. In God.

Honestly, I would like to meet another woman one day but I want it to be meaningful. I want it to Glorify the Most High. Not just date to date or whatever.

My point with all of this:

You are human. Embrace your humanity. You are going to cry and laugh and have sadness and joy and see miracles and have heartbreak. The one thing constant through it all is God. He is always with us.

Please:

Don’t judge yourself too harshly if you fall down and sin. We all sin. So let’s say you sin. Okay. Pray to God. And do better. And if you sin again. Do better again. And sin again. Do even better again.

—————————-

More scripture God put on my mind about being human. And the redeeming power of Jesus Christ:

Romans 3:23-29

KJV:

“We all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. Is he the God of the Israelis only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also…”

Amplified Bible :

“ since all have sinned and continually fall short of the glory of God, And are being justified [declared free of the guilt of sin, made acceptable to God, and granted eternal life] as a gift by His [precious, undeserved] grace, through the redemption [the payment for our sin] which is [provided] in Christ Jesus, whom God displayed publicly [before the eyes of the world] as a [life-giving] sacrifice of atonement and reconciliation (propitiation) by His blood [to be received] through faith. This was to demonstrate His righteousness [which demands punishment for sin], because in His forbearance [His deliberate restraint] He passed over the sins previously committed [before Jesus’ crucifixion]. It was to demonstrate His righteousness at the present time, so that He would be just and the One who justifies those who have faith in Jesus [and rely confidently on Him as Savior]. Then what becomes of [our] boasting? It is excluded [entirely ruled out, banished]. On what principle? On [the principle of good] works? No, but on the principle of faith. For we maintain that an individual is justified by faith distinctly apart from works of the Law [the observance of which has nothing to do with justification, that is, being declared free of the guilt of sin and made acceptable to God]. Or is God the God of Israeli only? Is He not also the God of Gentiles [who were not given the Law]? Yes, of Gentiles also”

——————————

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Hey! I am trying to stay focused at all times ! But God is showing me, rely on his strength always, and not my own. Where my strength can fail me. Gods strength always stays true.

Jesus told the scribe at his house this woman came here and wiped my feet with her tears and anointed them with oil.

He continues and says something like

She loves much

He who loves much, much is forgiven

He who loves little, little is forgiven

I would say to people in general - try not to be a criminal, or an asshole. Try to love other people, because they are just you in another guise, and you should love yourself.

Some of John 14

Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knows him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you

at that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.

He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

——

So yes. He dwells within us

And Jesus. Said the kingdom of God is within

I can share tons of more scripture showing God is within us

I agree. Don’t harm anyone. Don’t be a criminal. Don’t be a jerk. Just show some love. We all need love. Live with truth and compassion. Be kind.

We think we are human because you are trapped in a human Body.

They made humans to trap the Spark of God so they could try and have power over it and defile God.

You are not human. You are what is trapped in the human body.

That part does not think or act like humanity or human beings. We act and think like human beings because we are trapped in The Body.

The Body is The Prison. It weakens you and your resolve.

When you connect with what is inside the body, you are strong again.

The Flesh is weak, the Spirit is strong.

When you read the scriptures the Roman Catholic Church ordered banned 400 years after Christ you can see the truth.

They are available today in the Nag Hammadi scriptures. The other Gospels. They tell the read story not the highly edited version in the English Bibles.

Jesus wanted people to reject the things of the world in favour of the things of God and God's reality.

He made it plain this is NOT God's reality and he was instructing people how to escape the reincarnation traps and get back to God's Kingdom.

All he preached was The Kingdom of God and how to get there.

In doing so his own people begged the Romans to kill him because he was exposing their God as The Devil.

exactly true, every word ^

except the word "prison". It was our choice. All sides to this world are being used by all participants.

although i dislike the process, our true self actually grows spiritually through this process while the evil asses harvest emotional energy from us. It really is a 'win-win'.

We are not 'trapped' , we are here by choice. Just because we don't like it, it's still true.

Injustice is impossible in a virtual reality.

Nothing real can be harmed, nothing unreal exists.

Our true self is the only thing that exists. The rest of this is a stage, a drama, a fake place. It's no more real than a playstation game.

when you learn to not react to the game through understanding, not discipline, you will leave it.

the only way to win the game is to stop playing it.

a simple consideration;

history; A non-christian Roman Emporer gathered all the religious factions together in 313AD. He did it to create a state-governed church. (kinda like what is about to happen again, btw). The Emporer configured the doctrine for the benefit of THE STATE. There were over 1000 scrolls considered at the time. 66 were chosen.

now? everyone clings to the Emporer's version of 'truth'.

these are all facts without any drama or misrepresentation.

on the flip side of what i posted, i believe it was the will of God that the current mainstream christian doctrine be taught for 2000 yrs. It had a purpose.

people needed abject guilt to motivate them to be 'good'. They needed fear of punishment and hell to move them to make better choices.

the biggest message of the Roman State doctrine is to feel oppression because that serves the govt. but... It has served it's purpose and it's about done.

The full message of Christ is never taught in any organized church because it would remove the 'teeth' and the pain.

The Gospel of Christ sets a man free. Any other Gospel chains the mind.

no worries, all that will change soon enough. 5 yrs? 50 yrs? It doesn't matter because it is true salvation.

The full gospel leads a man through understanding, it doesn't push him with fear.

Hey!

I got a 5 on my ap history exam. I studied history in college .I know history

I have read almost every Gnostic text the last 15 years. Nothing is like the power in the words of the Bible. It’s everything we need to know. God asks lean not on your own understanding but in all things trust in the Lord. Acknowledge him in all your ways and he will make your paths straight . Gnostics don’t like this. It’s because they don’t want to humble themselves and admit they don’t know everything. They want to know everything. To them knowledge is victory. So it’s hard for them to lean not on their own understanding and trust the Lord.. knowledge doesn’t save. Jesus Christ does.

We are free already through Jesus Christ. All we have to do is accept his sacrifice and realize his blood makes us clean. All we need is Jesus Christ of the Bible. That’s all we need. Every teaching. Every story. All we need.

Also:

If Jesus was Gnostic then he would be saying he is evil

Which he isn’t

So he isn’t Gnostic.

With all of that being said

Two things:

-you have the right to believe what you want. It’s your journey. I’m just sharing my experience here with scripture. And I will say it again knowledge is okay but it doesn’t do anything without Jesus Christ: you can have knowledge. I will stay with wisdom. That doesn’t mean I don’t read and study and understand. I just see now years later everything we need is in the Bible. Every holy book I have ever read. Essene gospels. Gnostic texts. Buddhist texts. Hindu texts. All led me back to the Bible.

-One passage from one Gnostic text has stuck with me the last 15 years

Paraphrase:

Be not afraid of the different forms of nature but rejoice because of them

It was in the gospel of mary. It helped me greatly at the time. But that’s growing in Jesus. It helped me. But it led me to the Bible again.

Re: We are all human. We all have faults. We all fall short. We also have the spark of God in us.

a simple consideration;

history; A non-christian Roman Emporer gathered all the religious factions together in 313AD.

The "Canonical" 66 books of the Bible are a Statist joke.

"They" made very sure to leave out anything regarding Karma, and Reincarnation.

on the flip side of what i posted, i believe it was the will of God that the current mainstream christian doctrine be taught for 2000 yrs.

I, as a born human being, never needed any guidance.

I always knew what was good, and honest.

And what was lies, and bullshit.

then maybe now, it's time to question your reality.

Okay,

I am really being encouraged to say this again

So I will:

-Gnosticism is impossible because Jesus isn’t evil.

If Jesus was Gnostic then God would be evil to him

Since Jesus is Gods human form how can he be evil?

Does this make any sense ?
I will dwell in you. And you in me. And I will walk with my people .

I saw a man today carrying a cross
He told us that we just need to have a little faith
And it will Cary us through our tribulations and all the madness

I was proud of him, he showed great courage

Like the Truman show, we want to know how to break free from what seams like chains
When we feel our life is hell.

But when we finally see the big picture it feels like death and we wish to go back to the torment of not getting what we want.

But still we know we gained something, but yet a part of us has died.

Our inocense traded for knowledge
Hense the "Adam and Eve eating the tricky apple" metaphor.

And now at crossroads we look for a third world, maybe a mix.
