Mental, hard to say. As I get older, older men are revealed to be far less intelligent and wise as I was raised to believe so Im hesitant to associate myself with them, goes double because of the generational baggage.

I would say 55-60 if we had truly intelligent and wise men as the norm, and ignoring that our current 55-60 year olds are part of the worst generation in human history thus far.
