Now, will you answer what % of people have enough cash on hand to pay for the average priced house?

That’s means wealthy people would very quickly own all the homes as they would be the only people able to buy them. You haven’t really thought this through. If you want to take out a big fat loan, to prove we need lenders, then go for it. No one's stopping you. But I'm confused why you keep saying wealthy people are going to buy all of the homes if they aren't quickly lent out to middle and middle upper class. There's plenty of homes out there with for sale signs. "Rich people" aren't buying all of them. A lot are sitting for weeks now. Tell me where your logic is in there? I'm not picking it up. Well you’re not picking it up because you aren’t very bright Without lending, only very wealthy people can afford to buy homes. What about that don’t you understand? Lol
