You’re just saying only people with hundreds of thousands of dollars should own homes.
That’s means wealthy people would very quickly own all the homes as they would be the only people able to buy them.
You haven’t really thought this through. You’re just mindlessly parroting grievances commonly made by uneducated people that have no concept of finance.

You clearly are financially illiterate Sweetie, do you know what % interest you get for savings? Do you know what % inflation is? It’s not “savings” sweetheart And again, you are saying only people with a lot of liquidity should be home owners. That means a guy just getting buy will never be able to pass anything down to his kids.
