For instance in europe starting with Gen X it was impossible to get a loan even with two people signing it with both of them a permanent working contract. The only way was to give as collateral another property. In case parents couldn't or wouldn't want to offer their own property as collateral...no loan...and you ended to rent forever. Bullshit. I have a friend buying a house in Germany now and you are wrong.
