What the fuck is a furin cleavage site? GLP fuckery?

It allows the lab modified coronavirus to get into the blood, and circulate to parts of the body no coronavirus has gone before. It was originally a pretty deadly lab concoction. It has since mutated into something not much more dangerous than the flu.
