None of the stores collaborated with their totalitarian bullshit, to their credit, many local law enforcement recognized they would not be very popular if they tried to enforce this, HOWEVER. Everyone needs to wake up and realize, this is what they were TRYING to do. If someone TRIES to murder you with a hammer and doesn't succeed, what should you do? just wait til they try again? These people have all already committed the crimes, they are not being punished by our police or courts for their COLOR OF LAW violations that number in the tens of thousand, each instance being punishable by death

COVID-19 Contact Tracing
Nov 20, 2020•
Answer
Does Panera collect customer information for contact tracing purposes?
In some states it is required that businesses serving the public collect contact information, as well as the date and time of a visit. Where required, Panera of course cooperates (or, if we are unable, we may temporarily close the dining room in those locations).

How do you collect this information?
Upon entering our bakery-café, each guest will be given a small business card and asked to fill in their name, email address, phone number, and date and time of visit. We then photograph these cards so we have an easily searchable database of images, stored securely in an internal app.

How are you storing my information?
This information will be stored digitally as an image, and will only be used for contact tracing (including sharing with health authorities if requested). Once the retention period has passed, the card will be destroyed, and the digital copy will be deleted.

What if I don’t want to share my information?
If local law/mandate requires that we collect this information, café entry will not be allowed unless this information is provided. However, we will be more than happy to serve you through our other channels outside of the café, including Curbside, Drive-Thru and Delivery (where available).

NONE of their little rules were meant to be optional.

ALL of them were INTENDED to be followed OR ELSE the police would beat you arrest you, imprison you, and your quack courts would find you GUILTY of disobedience
