it's because of how he labeled the media owners. Stereotyping a group of people isn't illegal.. but it isn't the right way to go about spreading a message. It's like when someone complains about 'the left' or 'the right'.. it's stereotyping a large group of people for only a small percentage of bad people within that group, and that just fuels hatred among people. It is a divisive way to get a message out. Not a good way IMO.
