Nope, not worth it. Taking retirement in 5 weeks. I am apparently the only person left that doesn't think it's a good idea. I am the only person there over the age of 35. I am past retirement and don't give a crap if the company goes under catering to this shit. We work with escalated clients. They also reprimanded me for not participating in team building outings which consist of everyone sharing their feelings and personal problems. I swear that my team actually works a total of 20 hours a week, and the other 20 hours are spent on team building, inclusivity, stress reduction and other non work related activities. I prefer talking to angry clients and trying to fix their problem, I always make sure I am on a complicated call when these zoom meetings happen so I don't have to attend. They are going to get a big surprise when I leave and they realize just how much of the workload I have been quietly handling myself. There will be meltdowns. LOL

I didn't know forcing someone to say ideological beliefs they don't believe in was part of any job description other than for being pastor or imam. So if your boss is Muslim at say a phone company, he can force you to say "InshAllah God wills" in every corporate email signature you would be cool with forcing people of different faiths and no faith at all to spout Muslim stuff?!

Bottom line, there is no place for religion, politics and personal issues at the work place. What happened to leaving your life outside the door and just doing the job you were hired to do? All this inclusivity at my work place makes me feel ostracized, judged and out of touch with the modern world. And if I say so, it gets me time off work to be schooled on inclusivity and tolerance. Fuck them all.
