I walked around my friends house the other day with a EMF meter. His entire house is one big WiFi kicking off signal. His "smart" water meter turned his copper pipe into an antenna. In NYC, manholes were kicking off 5G so thats where thats coming from. His "smart" TV, "smart" phone, modem, also. Only thing he didn't have was a "smart" thermostat. Then, his "smart" power meter turned the 200A feed coming into his house into one big antenna. This signal bounces from house to house then to cell tower collecting 'data' on everyone, sending it off into the ether. Downtown they can read his utilities every month easily in order to to bill him.

His entire house maps out a grid of what's going on inside that house. Who is there, where they are, are they moving or still. If they want to know if a person is sleeping just "listen in" to the microphone on the cell phone. This is how elections are hacked. Instead of packets leaving a building they dial in. Entire buildings are all amped up these days triangulating everything going on. Many of voting machines are "WiFi" connected. There ya go.

John Spartan and Simon Phoenix would be proud (Demolition Man). According to an article posted here, "Graphene enhanced humans" can become part of this giant WiFi network. easily acquiring their own I.P. address. Remember the people with metal sticking to them? That crowd.

A - probably not, but it would seem to me something can. it would take a ton of radio frequencies to round up animals in a field

it is possible, they are practicing on animals. Practicing how to gather, herd, steer people in mass. Steering them in circles is the best way to practice. Steer them where? Time will tell
