I cannot see them hollowing out the core of the federal government. Would love to see all of this happen, but I just don't see it. We'll have to wait until the Supreme court makes a ruling first. It's up in the air exactly what the Supreme court would do, if they rule that the US House of Representatives failed to do their duty. |

This is not a get-out-trouble free opportunity for the SCOTUS. Second, if certiorari IS granted here, whatever the decision, it will not be applied retroactively. I haven’t looked at this case yet or the complaint, but the only reason this is not moot is because the situation is likely to repeat, escaping review in the future. Guys like this should not speculate on matters before the High Court. It confuses people. |

If it is for a national emergency wouldn't it be soon? All nine will agree with a path forward, that includes military intervention. Do to the serious nature of the threat they will have no other choice. Check Mate! |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 3864736 United States 11/26/2022 04:23 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Summary :- Quoting: PINKORCHID88 - ACQUIRED Legally there is a ten day window for legitimate complaints about an election to be heard. For the 2020 election , election officials blocked those complaints from a hearing. So the Supreme Court will now hold a meeting with nine other judges to view the complaints to see if any breech has occurred. So it sounds like a breech of official protocol did happen if what you say is correct. If that is true - would the USSC actually do anything meaningful to rectify the issues? Not likely |

As the video says, timing is everything. I'm dreaming of a Whiii....errr MAGAAAA CHRISTmassss....and lots of Woke-heads exploding in a chestnut fire..... |

Not likely The very fact the SC took the case shows a strong possibility that something will be done. But, how it turns out is anyone's guess. |
