They truly rose above that dickhead. This makes me laugh, ooh incredible restraint and discipline. BS these aholes knew they would be court martialed and thrown out of the military and their pension and pay with it if they reacted in any way, it was not restraint and discipline that kept them in line it was fear you dumbass. They could not respond to the truth even if they wanted to.
