You can't tell from his statement.

If you think you can, you're part of the problems on earth, you're judgemental, quick to find immediate outlets for your rage, or unrest, and selfish. I assess people who make snap judgements as having little concern for the way their nations or the world is truly managed, what cracks in the systems exist that allow evil to run our governments and world. They just want a quick fix to feeling good so they can continue their private lives and work and ignore everything bad around them.

Based on this short term statement a few things come to mind: he looks like he's pulling himself together to try and make an intellectual point about taking action steps to get things done.

He also looks drunk out of his tree and having a bit of a hard time pulling it together.


Is a drunk rough and tumble type responsible for their kids?

To the degree everyone is, but these are earth tests, and all the foibles, from street fighters, to drunks, to dysfunctional childhoods, IS PART OF THE BLOODY CONDITIONS ON EARTH FOISTED UPON LIGHT SOULS BY THE GLOBAL MISMANAGEMENT RICH AND "ELITES" WHO ARE ACTUALLY SCUM OF THE UNIVERSE.

I never blame anyone for any of this. I don't blame people, I BLAME THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS PLANET FOR ALL RAPES, ALL MURDERS, ALL THEFTS, ALL BREAKDOWNS, ALL PROBLEMS EVERY ONE FACES. 100% ON THEM.

You can't run a system like this.

Now another possibility, you see its not about snap judgements, its about listing possibilities, without blaming the victim of the "elite" scum mismanaging the planets, is that he was put up to this by Dems, Soros, or CIA types.
