VIDEO: GRAPHIC: Man Drives Around in His Car Grabbing Random People and Forcing Them to Run Along Side of His Car Risking Serious Injury/Death

This made the news in France, the driver and the two
passengers were arrested and the homeless guy who's being
dragged is suing them.

EDIT: unfortunately he was unable to pursue his lawsuit as he
died a month later. There does not appear to be any
connection between this attack and his death. (thanks to
