Ladder jobs. Best case scenario. A stabilser at top of ladder. Drill into wall. Use a harness.
Could never get used to the norm. Which would just be a ladder on the plastic guttering but thats more safe then a ladder, lower than the point of work and exit and returh ( to roof pitch )
This is what the boss expected though.
