I spent a lifetime 30 to 110 feet off the ground. Once you get accustomed to it, you forget that you can die by falling off of a tall step ladder.
Quoting: last one I was climbing an old wooden ladder and fucked myself good. Half way up to the roof a rung broke and I literally bolted to the top of that fucker and then wondered how I was going to get down safely. Fair enough. Better to be left wondering how to get down than laying on the ground with your femur staring you in the eye.
