Please educate me. Does this mean people can't own crypto in NY or they can't do start ups of new cryptos or what?
Is it to prevent competition of the Fed's
Test run/pilot orogram of the US digital dollar in NY?
Is it even legal for her to do this?

However, what I got out if it is that it is a lie that bitcoin is anonymous which is something I always also thought was a falsehood. Anything that has to do with computers/digital currency can never be anonymous. Only computer independent currency like cash, gold, silver, etc. can be anonymous.
