This is nothing new. The nocebo effect is very real. Negative thinking can have extreme negative effects on the human body.
I have no fear of covid or the jabs they warp speed to fight covid. You shouldn't either. Eat healthy, exercise, drink lots of water, avoid western pharmaceuticals and meditation or prayer to relive stress and worry.
