No, I don't think this person applied the rules fairly to all. It is a pretty good bet this unprofessional person with greasy hair was only hired because they were Trans and were counted towards Twitter's diversity quota and would enforce far left communist ideology on the platform. Twitter was smart in making sure they were only contract so they could let them go at any time without severance if they couldn't stand them anymore. Normally in the past someone like this would be unemployable but with this diversity nonsense unprofessional people like that are getting contract work.
