Yeah, I hear you. I'm dealing with a bunch of former soldiers at work that have been medically discharged with 100% disability. they do lite work with no heavy lifting and constantly have appointments at the VA. They ride their motorcycles to work, constantly talk about the upcoming hunting season and how they can pack out a deer or Elk on foot. I asked HR about this and they told me to let it go because the Federal Gov gives the company $$ to employ them and don't trigger them because they may have PTSD issues. I'm on the hunt for another job now.
