I do claims exams for tinnitus and hearing loss in my office. My general opinion is most veterans are honest and don't want something they are not entitled.

I have to review their records and see a ton of veterans with mental issues following combat experience. Many are on some kind of medications for depression etc. Lot's of STD's too lol
