Q is a top secret clearance within the Dept of Energy. It probably started there. Whoever(s) the Q blogger was/is had an arch enemy and that enemy was Twitter/Fakebook/Google and their media friends. If Q had the means to do so, he/she it would have attempted a hostile takeover of Twitter.
