You gotta be careful about that kind of stuff. In fact I think that nowadays a lot of it is done by unmanned aircraft operating out of military/remote airbases.

On second thoughts I think it unlikely that they will be doing (at least any large-scale chemtrailing) from their locations. My reasoning is that these are busy operations on expensive real estate. They could well have a few hundred full and part-time employees, probably without more than mid-level security clearances. Such as keeping your mouth shut when military or high-value cargo is in transit. Also people who do the unloading at their destinations throughout the world would notice all the spraying gear in the aircraft and some would talk.
