I worked with someone who looked up grabbed their head fell dead just like that. No video it was awful, 40 years old fully vaxxed.

Definitely a seizure. You can see the stiffness and trembling in the arms and legs after they collapse. What they see or why they turn their head just before, I don’t know, never seen that in anyone having a seizure. But for sure the after effects are clear signs of a sever seizure. The leg shaking usually denotes a grand mal seizure which usually kills or severely disables the individual.

The head turning appears to denote a hallucination prior to the seizure. Which is something I have never seen before. Usually people will see flashing lights or hear strange sounds just before a seizure happens therefore minor visual and auditory hallucinations can happen. But this pre-seizure trend is apparently different and far more complex since the person turns their head and tracks the hallucination before the brain seizes.

This could be something to do with the covid vaccine for sure. Blood clots causing aneurysms. Some kind of drug/vax induced autoimmune disorder attacking the brain in certain people.
