No. Masks are to train the facial recognition to be even better, not the other way around.

The facial recognition works with or without masks.. the mask that were deemed acceptable during the roro scare that is.. a full face cover and retinal block would be the way to throw that tech off but even then they can pinpoint your whereabouts with any device on your person and already profile you by height, build etc etc.
