They are intentionally trying to destroy the petrodollar to force nations into their new CBDC as the global reserve currency. The only (unclassified) green energy solution right now that could actually meet demand is nuclear power, ideally thorium molten salt reactor technology. Of course, if you dip into the classified projects, we have 3D internally refracting solar cells with 80% efficiency, cold fusion, and zero-point energy. Supercavitation-based deuterium fusion could be rolled out to power the entire planet in less than a decade, but that would create too much abundance, and the ruling class wants poverty, fear, and chaos.
