Thats when they will really start to buckle down killing those they get there hands on and preparing a full state of control. China and russia will most likely invade at this point or not far long after. It will be fight to survive till 2027 like I said when the harvest begins not sure what that means tho sounds bad to me but could be a good thing If there was a pole reversal and solar flares significant enough to cripple modern society there would be no one invading anything. Each government would implode upon itself. Here’s a response to a similar question A flare doesn’t necessarily have to do that much damage and also it probably wouldn’t a be a full restoration they could easily only power the buildings they deem necessary while letting the rest to suffer. Plus they’ve planned for this they have the systems they will use already in the works. What do you think will be the lead up to the mark of the beast situation. First the cut power for an extended period of time. Let the herd thin out. And restore power to only things they deem necessary. That being goverment buildings and grocery stores that you will only have access to with a chip or whatever. Plus this is all planned out and internal conflicts or conflicts between other countries is just a show, the ac is already on the scene and any one of power has pledged there allegiance to him. The goverment collapse will be purposefully brought in to bring in the one world goverment under his control
